Hi all,

In October the Docet Tactical Training Academy & D3 Defence will be holding the Urban Close Protection Course in Italy, Turin.

The course will include familiarisation of Turin, were the majority of CP jobs are undertaken, as well as:

- CP Planning and briefing
- Team Organisation Excercises
- Foot and Vehicle mobilisation & Tactics
- Force on Force simulations (hand to hand, impact weapons, knife & firearms from www.hockscqc.com curriculum)
- Tactical Handgun, Carbine & Shotgun
- Culminating in multiple simulations scenarios throughout Turin and surrounding areas)

The course is held over 5 days & includes accomodation in a 4 star hotel overlooking the Ivrea Lake outside Turin.

The Instructors for this course are:

David Bomben: South African operator in Anti-Poaching Special Unit having conducted operations with Australian SASR, Scorpion e Rodesian Recces; Tactical Firearms Instructor for Ninpo Firearms Academy RSA & Tactical Advantage RSA.

Luca P.: Responsible for Crisis Management at EMEA level (Europe Middle East and Africa) for US multinational.
Former Airborne Forces & multiple tours in Middle East as Psd.
Member of the board of the Italian Chapter of ASIS, International Security Manager Association.
Degree in languages and Arab culture.
Contributes with several Security firms.

Paolo S.: Former Italian Marines Recon Unit (4 years); Ex-FFL (5 years 2 REP); Multiple PSD tours in Iraq. NATO Firearms Instructor; and instructor for Government Training Institute in Nevada.

Ed M.: Serving Law Enforcement & Senior Instructor CQC (hand, knife, stick, firearms) for Scientific Fighting Congress USA www.hockscqc.com
