This is the reply I got asking a company ( big name) which course it will be better to take , maybe can help someone ? Hi Rudy, I haven't heard of xxxxxxxxxxxxxx the other two I have though this is not something to rely on. Whilst it's not my remit to recommend companies who carry out this training I can advise on the things you should be considering when chosing a course. 1. Does the course cover what you need to learn? 2. What is the instructor / student ratio? 3. What recognised qualifications do you receive at the end? 4. Who are the instructors and what is their background? 5. Do you think you are getting value for money? 6. Where have their 'graduates' ended up working? Some very valid pointers Rudy
Although in fairness not all recruiters/ HR have heard of everyone either. Example, I know of one company that had an HR person with no industry background , but who was a uni grad with HR background, they thought that Ronin SA was the same as Ronin UK and they believed that Phoenix were still trading. I do agree with the questions posed however and I fully recommend that these are the questions all good training providers will be at ease to answer. |
