Ok I have 2 years Army reserves experiance (Infantry) back in the good old SLR days,Ive done store detective work/security and I am currently a
county court certificated Bailiff ie shit from dusk till dawn,Im interested in getting into cp/Bodyguard work but dont know where to start, Im looking at the course with PBA and wilplan training ltd......so the question is which course to take for a newbie and If I did it would I get employment.

There are other options bud try the events sector of the industry the likes of show and event and showsec do recruit HOWEVER the pay is what a standard D/S gets even if you have a CP badge but the networking and contacts is worth the loss plus its a cv builder hope this helps

Try Meido consultants. They have a course running on the 18th of August which is designed for the corporate market. It's a good course which is only 14 days (long days). The owner is David Rubens.

i did the meido course it is hard on your feet but it soon gets you to know your way around central london good luck mate

i recently graduated from the Trojan Securities Advanced Executive Protection (Hostile Environements) course in Fayetteville, Arkansas, USA. The course itself is £1000 Sterling and is a very intense course. This course covers the walking for mations, simunitions, live fire exercises and everything in between.

Of course this price does not include travel, hotel and expenses. It is a great course for the serious CP operative who desires to work in hostile environments.
