How about an MSC through civil safety and security unit http://www.le.ac.uk
Risk, Crisis and Disaster Management and Emergency Planning Management
I know you said no DL but the UN really rate this. I second the NEBOSH course, am doing it at present. Also IT Security Full Time internet security Courses in London, firewall and security courses, MCSE, CCNA, Redhat, Solaris Courses offered by Bickenhall College London(UK)
There are also hacking and countermeasures courses. Also technial security countermeasures

I would be inclined to choose a better benchmark than the UN buddy, they are not exactly the forefront of technical / professional competance and generally years behind industry standards. I doubt that the operating standards would be a threat to the majority of the training and operations company's present on here.

I have not done the course but having spoken to someone that has just left the un that was the general concensus. It is also commented on the site. However Rosie CM asked for suggestions and that is what i gave. The UN is what it is, i didnot choose the benchmark it was a comment alreadu inplace.

I'd say the CSC as a starter and maybe the MSc at Leicester. If it were my money (which in my case it is.....).............

Hello Paul,

Sticking with basic C+G 7303/1886 and FAAW at the moment.

Maybe a bit of disaster management as well....not convinced though and still doing research.

Regards,

CM
