Progress and achieve to whatever level you can. Experience is not needed, but your experienced will be recognized and considered. Your achievement will be based on your total workout performance.

Already, the early bird prices are pretty low- £95 per person for two days / group prices: 5-people (one goes free out of the 5); 10-people (3 go free out of 10). These prices will change in October and then again in November, so what I am prepared to do is freeze these prices for CPW members up to two weeks out of the seminar date.
