co19, no offence meant. I respect what you have said before and your background. Having worked and trained with a lot of police & military teams myself and I suspect you have as well, I have found alot of people slag off others without really knowing who the guys are. One of the most important things for a good team is the wanting to learn from others and commitment, I have seen many USA swat teams that are really poor, I have seen many UK teams that are the same and so my point is every team has problems, I respect the ones that try fail sometimes but keep trying to get better the most, not the ones that think they are perfect. I suspect I am preaching to the converted with you but others reading this may get something from my comments. Hopefully. Respectfully submitted.

I agree, respect has to be given to everyone that puts themesleves forward for this role....It does sound a bit like the UK Police though "Underfunded, In the firing line every day from neds and supervisors, AND very little praise"
