Just to explain why i put the photos on, the team shown do CP work as well and this training day was for building searches. Spot the mistakes, there are a few. The AKM is on full auto, with a mag on and the finger on the trigger. I was surprised to find out he had a full mag and one up the spout afterwards. I am glad i did not stand too close to some of the walls on the room searches.

I would also like to mention that they are not as well funded as our UK police teams, or as well trained even so I have a lot of respect for them. They are very much in the firing line every day, and are very busy, they know they may get hurt or worse and this will affect their familes. There is no proper health care, no decent pension, no insurance, very little praise, Yet they are still there to do this job day in day out, no one should slag off someone like this.

Easy tiger, what you have said goes for most police teams the world over, admittedly money and equipment were never an issue in the UK. The important thing I suppose is that if these guys pull the trigger and lives are lost, they are probably supported unlike in the UK where you are sometimes hung out to dry.
