First off I'd like to thank everyone for your replies to this thread before i start.

After serving in the Royal Signals for 8 1/2 years i made the decision to move to a government job requiring a TS clearance level. I have served along side the airborne services as well as receiving advanced fire arms training over a 6 months period. In short i miss the life after 2 years of being out. I plan on enlisting on a Psd course along with the advanced firearms package available. I am very fit and healthy and hold several degree lvl qualifications in IT.

Its time for a change and i want some advice on the best companies to contact for training and also on companies recruiting PSD operators. I'm as dedicated as it comes to achieving goals and missions whether it be for me or my employer. You guys know the drills, you know what your taking about and what to expect . So your advice will fall on open ears.

There are a number of very good HECPO/PSD training companies. We consider that we are in that category. Our HECPO/PSD in Serbia is priced at 1795 GBP and includes accom, ammo, meals, equipment, insurance and transfers. Flights are at the students expense and are available from Ryanair or Easyjet at around 80GBP (3 hr transfer from Budapest to Belgrade) or direct to Belgrade via BA or JAT at around 250 GBP

Instructors are former UK, EU and US police and military and have a lot of HE experience. The training is relevant and up to date.

All the big companies employ watchkeepers/comms techs etc most of which have a Signals background have you considered this option.

The guys at morrigan have been very helpfull indead. I was lucky enough to train as an RTG Op and progress to an IS Operator Class 1. I'm currently working on Vector super computers for the British Government. I've been getting back into my martial arts and increased my fitness training, and am just about ready to sign upto a course. Once i have conpleated the course i'll get my CV together and see what happens from there.
