hi guys, i am looking to do a CP training course and i need some advice as to who to go with. i have read a lot of posts regarding checking out what the training provider is going to actually teach you etc...
i am not ex-mil or police, i have taken a Surveillance course (10 day ISS) , and i would like to work within the uk and europe. i`m aiming more at corporate rather than vip.
i have been recommended courses by a few people, but to be honest at the same time i`ve heard and read that these courses arent great ( back to a point made in another thread, maybe the recommendations werent backed by experience of other courses as well )

can anybody point me in the direction of some companies who are known to be good and also, how do potential employers look upon your training, i.e, are there specific companies who are prefered within the industry, because having the licensce doesnt mean you will perform well at the job.

i`m totally realistic and i understand its going to be very difficult for me to get that first job having no operational experience....

mate contact regal security or morrigans they both work hand in hand
i cn only speak of how good morrigans are as i have trained with them but unfortunately not regal in saying that i trust the view of the morrigns team implicitly and if they recomend regal then in my opinion its the way to go, and iv heard nothing but good from others about regal also so i take that as a pretty good good indicator of the quality of there course

Give us or Regal a call mate......one thing you will not get is a bunch of testimonials rammed down your throat and a 'we've been doing it since God was a kid' attitude..... ask around about Morrigans and Regal Security Training.

did 10 day and the electronic Surveillance courses with ISS ( pete jenkins ) , great courses, masses of fun and met some great people

Go with your gut, call the companies you have asked about, ask them all the questions you can, you get a better idea over the phone anyway.

thanks for the replies, 1 of the most important questions though is about the courses being recognised as good within the industry, as i have no real experience, that`d definately help me have a chance in getting a job...

After spending many man hours trying to find a course i think will suit me, i have decided to go with Regal/Morrigan! (Expect a call soon) Although i'm gutted i missed that deal you had on in October!
