If you hate everybody equally then it means that you actually employ "equal rights policy" and therefore you are not a racist.

littlewoman will become famous soon enough
I think comparing £145 a day for working about 12 hours and being on-site resting but on call for the rest with someone getting £6.50 an hour and working 24 hours is not a sensible comparison. No-one is going to employ you working 24 hours a day, every day.
With these sort of jobs you are going to be sleeping for at least a few hours. Other down hours can be spent doing distance learning, learning a language etc. At my site (not working for Elle) we also have some on-site training provided by ourselves for our colleagues. You might also sort some training equipment for an on-site gym or go for a run around the site. So there is much that can be done on-site to use your down time to your own advantage.

OK, as I said on the very begining in my original post [which was removed] and as I repeated it here [above], if you think £145 is a fair deal for staying available 24hrs then no problem, it is your choice and I wish you good luck, without any sarcasm or anything in "between the lines".
Maybe I need a reality check as somebody else said, or maybe I got spoiled by the jobs I've done so far and what I was paid for them [although I only had DS licence doing them] I don't know.
All I was saying [in my original post] and all I am saying now is that in my personal opinion £145 a day, with requirement of CP licence only, it's not a case of: "the pay is good", maybe OK, maybe average, but not good if you consider how much cost to get that particular licence and to continue "education".
But as I said it's my personal opinion and I hope I still have the right to have my own opinion, although having my posts removed makes me think I maybe wrong in that particular case.

Yeah i know that youre still on pounds, and thats good for you i think...

Well theres no logic in my posts (dont ask dont tell)
anyways, i just wanted to say that it is sad that some people are allowed to make offensive jokes , posts , pm's etc. etc. regarding others and have absolutely no actions taken against them, and then when someone just says what he thinks hes posts are deleted as inapropriate ones...
Ah whatever, wheres the beer?
