These are the words which our [Polish] former president Lech Walesa used to say, making everybody [kindly] smile due to his accent.
Well, now myself I also don't really want to, but have to clarify few things, recently I took a part in the discussion in the topic: "immediate start, 3 x Rst" I posted two posts [both of them were removed so you can't see them now] and now I'm harvesting a lot of bad comments regarding the critique I dared to post.
FiRst of all I believe it is a public forum where every member have a right to voice his own opinion, as long as he stays within this forum's rules, and general Netiquette rules.

As I said before my two post has been removed so I can't really defent my point of view, or prove that I didn't insult anybody or posted any abuse.
FiRst post was indeed response to that particular topic, second one was a general answer to one of the posters questions.
I didn't have those posts saved it anyway, but in general I first one I tried to point that as: exactly CP licence is required [not any other], and the conditions may be a bit "Spartan" [I also had it confirmed from the other source], then I don't think that wage £ 145-165 is "the good pay", I also stated that this is my personal opinion and I wished anybody else goodluck incase they wish to apply.
Second one was a response to somebody else who was somehow accusing elsiejay of posting fake jobs, I was trying to explain that although the companies may have to publish particular job offer they don't necessarily have to proceed with full recruitment process of all sent applications if they think they may have actually more suitable applicants itn their own resources.

Now where here is such an outrageous critique that such a "reputable company" couldn't take, and that would justify me getting such a bad response?

Granted, my fault, I just stated my opinions, without further explanation, so probably somebody did't get it right, ok then let me explain my point of view in that case please.
If someone says he/she needs a Close Protection Operative, not a Security Guard, or a door supervisor [still, with all due respect to those professions] then he/she opts for highly trained individual, who as it was said in many posts in this forum should not only meet sia core requirements for CPO&FAAW, but also be trained in additional skills like: advanced driving techniques, selfdefence techniques, possibly Surveillance and antisurveillance, maybe firearms, or dog handling, etc, etc.
Now this highly skilled and trained professional who has to spend his/her hard earned money for all those required additional trainings [which in case of taking reputable training provider are very expensive] is supposed to stay available for 24hrs, and work [probably at least] half of this time for a wage on the level of Security Guard wages [if you will put Security Guard on building site to guard it for 24hrs and pay him £6.50p/h you will have to pay him £156]
Do you see the logic here at all? How this guy/girl is supposed to constantly selfdevelop himself on various trainings with that kind of wages? Hopefuly he/she saved the money for the CP course before, and didn't take a finance kindly provided by some training providers because with this wages he/she is not gonna pay it back.

Now, about the reality check I should take, the reality is that here on the "poor" north, the company I used to work for till about 3 weeks ago, used to send me on odd Rst jobs paying me £15p/h for 12hrs shifts, granted these are no months or weeks long contracts but 3 to 5 days here and there for £180 a shift is a fair deal.
This [with my normal head doorman job] allowed me to save money for my CP training, and this in future will allow me to continue with further desirable trainings.
As you see I'm not talking about illusionary £200-300 wages, but fair wage in exchange for my skills and of course for actually performed work.

Now, I maybe in privilaged position, my former company appreciated me, they paid me well for the job I was doing and they been giving me extra financial support for my sport achievements as they have seen it as being beneficial for them.
My new company I work for last 3-4 weeks for some reason also apreciates me, to start with they offered me decent wage, and as they know in a week I'm going for my CP course, all they do in last few days is keep asking me am I coming back afterwards [of course I am it will be half a year by the time I will see new badge ]
Am I somebody special? No! But I'm doing is my job upto the highest standard I am capable of, why? Well maybe because the companies I worked or work for are fair and keep me motivated instead of trying to "shave my ass" of the last penny.

Oh yeah by the way I'm a civy go one give me some more griev

totally agree - public forum and it should be allowed to say what you think, other people are insulting and making stupid jokes there and here,still their posts are not removed...

I see little bit of racism here IF there was no insulting or anything else forbidden by forum rules or law in your posts...

No I don't think so at all, it's just somebody who doesn't like critique or discussion.

And I'm a senior admin in one USA forum because I have the experience,
and that's why I wouldn't brigde any forum rules in any forum in th web.

Hi Marian, the comments made by me were not personally directed at you. Just like everyone else on here, you are free to express your opinion. I can't speak for anyone else, but certainly in my case I was directing my 'observations' generally. I have looked carefully at what you said and I agree with your points and the manner in which you explain them, however, I am sure that you must have looked at some of what is said in here and see that some of those who post have expectations which to say the least are unrealistic. I don't intend to remove my post and I am sorry that you felt the need to delete your ones, possibly as a result of what I said.

Anyway I would not like anyone to have to be in a situation where they have to have their 'ass shaved'!

no not that... i think its when some guys say their army is the best,their country is the best,they make offensive jokes and letters to others... nobody does anything...
and when someone else says what he thinks... without offensive language , hes posts are removed...
