Close Protection Operatives (CPO) working within the UK or internationally often find themselves operating un-armed due to stringent laws in regard to the carriage of firearms by civilians.

A modern day CPO relies on their unique ability to assess diverse environments and circumstances to actively avoid, deter, or prevent situations of danger. In a worst case scenario they may be required to draw upon their un-armed combat skills in order to remove their principle from a threat or protect them from physical attack.

Techniques are pressure tested through the use of an effective decision making process combined with High Stress Reaction Training (HSRT) and a final exercise.

Course Content Check List:

Situation Awareness
Conflict Resolution
Defensive Tactics & Techniques
Attacking and Counter Attacking
Defending on the Ground
Surviving Edged Weapons
Protecting a third party against kicks, punches, grabs, strangles and chokes Dealing with Long Barrelled Weapons
Dealing with Hand Guns*

*Includes weapon disarming, retention and using a firearm as an impact weapon when you cannot or are unable to shoot.

The course operates with a minimum of 6 participants and a maximum of 20 to ensure effective tuition ratio and is taught by high level Krav Maga Experts and instructors from specialist tactical units.

For more information or to register your interest for the next course please contact us.

Important Information:
