Our client operates within the Security Guarding sector and specializes in retail stores. The company is a member of the sia ACS. You will be responsible for the delivery and/or design of courses to ensure the work force is appropriately trained to the high standards the company and its clients expect. You will liaise with management to ensure that company standards are met and maintained. You will also be part of designing the company's ongoing training strategy for the future. You should have experience of delivering BJT training and have a working knowledge of the SIA regulations. Although previous training experience within the security sector is preferred, candidates from other sectors with a proven track record of delivering training packages would be considered.NT/0808-09 Apply
