Looks good. Easy to read and professional.
We're all after the same thing , (£'s) at the end of the day, and if you can go out and get it with the support of others in the industry the good luck to you.
So much of the market has been covered, but as the smaller jobs come up , we'll find that there is also a gap that needs filling.

The offer of details held on a database is a good idea, can individuals send updated CV's ?
Other companies do not advertise holding details and often when phoning companies you get the feeling they do not hold anything on file and have to re-submit or answer a hundred questions again.
