I was looking for 3:45am watching you back as you move towards your car with the other members of your team. 4am looking over your shoulder as you are arriving home, keeping an eye out for the twirp you told no or had to remove the week before. I regret to inform that I've had to "spark" someone near my door step after being followed back to me area. Keep am eye out for you and ya team, no matter the size or sex.

I live in a small town and can meet any previous ejectees at any time, any place. So I'm always carfeul I'm not being followed on the way home, to Mum's etc or anywhere isolated. Then again I've been doing that for donkeys years.

I am lucky I do not work in the same town where I live, an hours drive away minimum. Though I have done and I have been fortunate not to had have any trouble. Touch wood...

Can I ask as I havn't seen it mentioned much, how often is it that people are sick on you? There's alot of things I could take, but when it comes to people being sick and stuff not too sure how I'd hold up....

Yes couldent say it better myself, say good bye to the world as you know it.
There are good & bad nights ofcourse..
I cant say its this all over...but the nightclub see you the ´´doorman´´ as evil thing..you cost money..it dosent mind that if you dont work there they dont have the right to have a open business and if they have 1 or 2 guards and 15 workin in the bar...the worst cost for the owners is the guard you just stand there and do nothing..
They forgot that when something happends and we have to fight with a muppet high on drugs and with a mental condition maybe even armed with a needle or a knife..we are not paid enough when it happends..
Also the majority of the guest are drunk and have a wonderful time..
When you decide a man or a women is to drunk or is behaving bad youre the idiot!!!
And have destroyed there wonderful time..
When you have taken a drunk man in his arm escorted him away from the nightclub maybe 5 times in 20 min times...
and you have heard another guy shouting at you because he is denied to enter since last time he was an idiot...he also may have been there 2 hours!!!
We are normal people and sometimes even I cracked and gone halfcrazy...
We are there just to harras people some told me that..and we are always retards and with a strong wish to be police officers but never maked that wish..

Also there are much criminality I was threatened by a huge well know biker gang when I 2 times had to grab him and restle him to the ground and kicked him out..this threat to my life lasted for a year.
And last all the fantastic court hearings, what a wonderful thing ohh NOT

When a nice girl comes up and tells you she wants to follow you home and you say...
Go in and enjoy yourself or get the hell out of here, well it happends to me and that say something about the frustration that comes with this job..
Worked as head of security for numberous nightclubs on the westcost of Sweden.
I took a brake..and its still a brake hehe..

Its never happened to me, the trick is to move out of the way fast Moving fast comes in very handy in many aspects of the job
I did once have to remove a drunken unconscious female from a toilet cubicle after she had puked up all over herself and the floor. Everything was slippery and she was jammed in. That was fun - not. You know on the first aid course when they tell you how easy it is to put someone in the recovery position, well they don't start with someone jammed into a small space and covered with slippery stuff

Yes, I forgot to mention that she had also poo'ed herself, my colleague had got her knickers up by the time I arrived but she still had her jeans around her knees.
I could still smell the combined stink of poo and vomit in my nostrils for 20 minutes after we'd got out of there and had to go and get a Fisherman's Friend from my jacket. (that got rid of the smell)
