As far as I know Leeds ~10-11 doorman,
[the least people work for in Yorkshire area on the door would be about £8-9]
And I had 13 as head doorman but this depends heavily on venue type.

around kent they are paying £11 hour and head doors up £15

In sheffield its about £10 ph depending on where the venue is within the city center, but i have worked on some doors that paid £12.5 -£15 ph

£12 is the standard in Bristol

standard here in my town is between £10ph and £15ph. I have found that if i have worked doors with my CP licence i do generally get paid a little more than the basic though usually about £12 - £13ph.
