door supervisors should have the following skills
To be a door supervisor you should: - be physically fit and able to protect yourself. - make decisions quickly - have excellent customer service skills - have a basic knowledge of health and safety regulations - have a basic knowledge of licensing laws - be able to resolve potentially violent situations |
