What is the best way to get into work?

Is sending your CV to clubs/bars a good idea?
Are there any security agencies that you recommend applying to?
Or is it just a case of looking for advertised jobs?

I apologise in advance if these questions have already been covered, ive not scoped out the whole forum yet.

Depending on what you want and location if its the doors there are many agencys.
I dont realy know what you want or your experience but there are many options like events and doors to which all have agencys to which i have a few numbers if you require them

I have no license at the moment im just looking into the industry.
I'd like to be working doors at clubs in the city.
I would be looking for fulltime work (or as fulltime as it gets) and did not know if this would be found easier through joining an agency or looking for myself.

i would say look into joining a company rather than applying for a job in the one club, it will mean you could get experience working in a variety of venues rather than just the one place

Google them and there head offices should come up also try Gumtree theres loads jobs on there
