Might help if you were to say what part of the country you're in.
Also, do you want a self-defence course or a Control and Restraint course suitable for door supervisors. They are two very different things.

Welcome to the CPW site.

Firstly it depends in which part of the country you are in, secondly is it for personal or work purposes, thirdly which part of the secruity industry are you in, are you going to further your career and do you work elsewhere other than being a door supervisor?

I am ony asking as, you might be better doing a control and restraint course if it is for Door Work only. You could try any martials for self defence, or Krav Maga, its a system of close quarter combat techniques which you can use for both personal use and work if you apply it correctly.
