Regal Security Training Ltd will become famous soon enough
I dont think the thread has been blown out of proportion women in the role are just as good if not better. i say that whole heartedly as my business partner is a female and i trust her judgment as much as i would trust a team mate.
There is a shortage of females in the industry nd as regards women being bitchy towards others!!!! well so can men! with regards what regiment they are from so nothing new.

Men,Women, Race or just is it jelousy? look we are a select group of people who are selected by word of mouth and we know what we are about and apart from bitching and dripping about she is a man or he is a woman!!! (I know what i said there) we all have a place. so why are we asking the question? there is no need to debate it.

there is no substitute for integraty and professionalism so if think its a problem i really think its the ones who shout the loudest have the problem?

Brummie

polly is on a distinguished road
It is my opinion that females can sometimes be their own worst enemy and no matter which way you look at it, it was a male dominated industry before us girlies came along. However that aside, providing you accept that there are no special priveleges for women. You do the same courses as the guys, therefore the same standards apply and the same professional attitude to the job must apply. You cannot blame the time of the month, it doesnt work take tablets.
