I don't think they do......however i will say that they do try and get away with a few more things than men, i suppose its the cunning nature you posses, also females seem to take a lot of things personally. I have said before that females do bring it on themselves, but i would generally work with them. I have had bad experiences, but i have had bad experiences with blokes. I don't see why they should get a hard time if they can do the job they are set out to do.

The only posts ive deleted have been the spin offs from a job advertised for 1x male BG and 1x female BG in southern Europe which is totally seperate from this 'Ask the expert' forum.

Within three posts the thread had spun off in the wrong direction and was deteriorating into a rather heated debate concerning me wearing bras........oh... maybe that was the other 'specialist' forum.....oops......its busy here com'on thrown me a bone.

Does female get a bad deal?

I personally have not encountered any bad experiences because of my gender, and what I am about to write is from a professional stance. I have been called in after a 'bad experience' where a female operative has let the team down, either by being emotionally charged, having a fling, or inappropriate action. A few times the contract has been on the line and it has been the last chance the company has had to put things right.

I prefer to work with male colleagues - something goes wrong it can be sorted there and then, some, not all females tend to be emotional and will carry the negativity on throughout the job.

That being said, I would rather work with the 'best' whether it is a male or female operative.

The most negativity I experience is not having a military/police background but when I train the devils who have, they change their mind when they are left hanging!!!!
