Be inreasonably good health!
Run 2800 meters under 12 minutes! Able to do 20 pushups! Just a few basic things for the rest the legion will t5rain you don't worry! |

You will need to pass a few interviews with the gestapo(don't worry its just a surname) and some recruitement officers. There are a few psychological tests to pas ,same as inteligence tests. Check out the site at Legion Etrangere.fr (i think i told you already in my mail) |

2800 in 12 minutes seem a bit tough though , maybe its just the number , anyone know how many laps on the track that is? |

its 7 laps round a 400mtr track it is quite easy actually
selection starts in aubange with ur i.q/ psycholocial test followed by that is ur medical, then u do the run then u go to the gestapo finally for ur recruitement interviews. while they mix in alot of cleanin the camp to keep ur moral up ive u have no problems selection should last no more than 2/3 weeks but if u fail anything ur gone and are not allowed to retry for a minimum of 6 months. |

Uhm, bear in mind that these tests/interviews/procedures take place in France and travel won't be refunded; if you haven't done so yet I'd seriously consider the price tag attached to trying to join up (not to say that it wouldn't be worth it!).
