Last week had a guy that had been stabbed with a pen in the throat.
The pen was inside some 5 s.
We left it there for the ER to remove.

Whatever you do, DO NOT pull out the pen!!
Leave it for the Hospital.

If it will start to push blood, the guy will be dead before he will hit the floor.

Most A&E's have an ass box, my friends a nurse and every hospital she ever worked in has an ass box full of all the things they remove from pateients butts...... do you guys in sandy places have one? Or in general do you not require one?

Think Ive entered the twiglet zone here, top advice on not removing pens from throats post stabbing, quite how it ended up someones arse escapes me???

For you guys that read the Circuit from bba I had a story from my life
called Left for dead when a man was shoot in his throat/neck chest and back..
The wound in the neck/throat was a artery bleeding and I had to push my finger inside the hole and squeze it since it was to slippery on the outside..
the blood was pumping atleast some 50cm in lenght from the body and in pusle motion...scary and nasty..

We too have had recent neck GSW wounds took 2 fingers to plug the hole,the guy lived,Annie there is a Ass box in this sandy place lol i was being nosey one day and asked whats that box for? and was told lol stay safe Ram out.
