FPOS refresher

Hi folks,

I've been looking around for a FPOS refresher, although mine runs out in twelve months, I've got time on my hands (hand) due to an injury so I'm looking at filling my time by doing my refresher early, at least this way I'll not have to take time off from earning next year. So to that end does anyone know of a trainer that is doing a refresher in the next four weeks preferably in the North West.

keeping that in mind i need a HSE first aid at work for the CP sia , got a CP refresher just need the 4 day HSE (london)

Log on to the St Johns Ambulance website and you will find a list of courses that will include refreshers etc. You will be able to find your nearest course around the dates you want. They are very good. Would recommend them for any basic, tick in the box, medical and first aid training.

Have a look on www.ers999.com, highly recommended company and will be able to give you direction with all medic training.

Speak to PRAETORIAN550 on this site, he does them all. He is a busy guy so give him time to reply, and hes a southerner so may not get up before 2pm.

Just a quick technical point Kev, but the last time I looked you was in Yorkshire ? Correct me if I’m wrong, but that’s waaaaaaaay down south too. Does that mean that you don’t get up till 2pm as well ?
