Good idea mate, set the standard, get it accredited and lead the way. There's def a market for it, especially US wise.
I don't necessarily agree with your comment about FAAW. If anything, the industry and training providers are becoming more aware of (a) increased competition and (b) the nature of injuries encounteed on Ops and are tailoring their courses to suit the CP / security environment. Although, if you're referring to the protocols being dumbed down at basic level, then yes I agree but it's up to the trainers to tailor the course to suit the needs of the group. Back onto the subject. I was running an FAAW at the weekend and one of the delegates was a dog handler. We dicussed this post and it seems you might be onto a winner with such a course.
