Worked well 2009 1) “Hot Cans” self heating cans, for a quick meal great on events. 2) My new US Army modular sleeping bag was my 2009 best buy. (ebay £80) In for 2010 Pelvis strap in Intubation kit out, I-gels in Tourniquet? (still thinking about) Any recommendations let us know All the best 2010 NN |

I've used them for a number of years and the difference seems to be these seem to work better. Hotcan - Selfheating Ready Meals - SP Services (UK) Ltd Still a good idea when you need a quick hot meal and don't have much time. NN |

Quote:I'd also be looking at a EZ IO device if you're level of medical training allows you to use them, as your failed cannulation protocal. If you do invest in one, then I'd also suggest getting some of the extra long Yellow needles as the standard ones arn't getting into the cortex of the bone in our large muscular service personnel. Check out; Vidacare - EZ-IO Home Give us an idea of what level of training you have and we'll see what other recommends we can have.
