Hi Guys , quick question i have many years experience in the security industry, am presently a trainer, have 7302 and 1886 city and guilds, and deliver the security guard / door supervisor / c.c.t.v courses. I spent 6 years working for a scottish buisnessman as part of a security detail, the first 2 years of that working alongside a guy i hold in high regard. Andy was ex forces, he never spoke about what he did , but i had an idea, and the on the job training / experience i gained money cannot buy.Anywaay the question i have is i am hoping to do my C.P course this year and would like an honest opinion on getting work as someone who has no police or military back ground? I would appreciate honesty as the course costs a a lot of money and i need to know if it is going to be worth while?
