hi, i m new to the forum, recently my applction for door supervisor was returned by sia, because of validation failed they mentioned the reason as :you have not submitted the correct combination or number of documents, Please see guidance notes for full list of acceptable documents. I was surprised at this as I have sent my DVLA from group A and two items from group B i.e. a latest bank statement and telephone bill. I tried to phone SIA many times but despite of waiting for long -2 in que was never attended by any customer representive. Problem is that I don't know what is wrong with supporting documents, as per my common sence of understanding the guidance notes they should be ok, I don't know what to do.
