Recognised City & Guilds Certificate in CP Level 3:
Refresher Training

Introduction:
To be professional and effective in their role, it is necessary that all CP Officers undergo formal,
structured training, even those with previous experience in this field.

Aim:
The aim of the 3 day refresher course is to update the attendee who has previously received recognised SIA CP training in all aspects of CP duties including legislation, communication and conflict management skills.

Illustrative Topics:
The 3 day course is based on the 150 hour CP training modules as laid down by the City & Guilds examining board. The course takes place at Olive Group’s London Office.
