That just looks like a traffic car. ARU typically have coloured markings on all sides of the vehicle and may have blacked out windows in the rear, too.

All ARV's have to have yellow dots on the car usually in the corner of the front and rear windscreens as it lets the other officers know who you are. Thats national policy

Most police forces ARVs are also traffic cars, there is only around 7 forces in the uk where they are dedicated ARV's

It may be an old picture and possibly yes, but since 2000 all marked police vehicles carrying firearms should have the yellow spots on the front/rear windscreen.

Every force i had any contact of has them. Met/Kent/Sussex/Essex/City of London/Surrey etc

It should be national policy, however all of us who have been in firearms units within the police or have had dealind with them will no that that is not always the way it operates. Different Cheifs have different ideas. Northumbria don`t and arvs
