Re courses

I use globalmedical -speak to Chris - for my tacmed requirements hes extremely good and has a great course.
www.globaltacmed.com

also Kevthemed (kevin)at KD Medical does a bang on 2 day ops medic course.
www.kdmedical.co.uk- hes also tied in with eidelweiss whose reputation is second to none in their field.

also
exmed and prometheus are very good but getting on their courses and their costs are sometimes a bit steep.

bonejas will become famous soon enough
Hi mad1,

Just for your info, check some of the other threads in the medic forum re pro's and con's of Remote Medic courses. Best option is for a UK/ Netherlands certs as these are the best for jobs in foreign parts and the most recognised internationally.

The two listed above I hear have very good reputations and are in the industry loop.

Only other two I would recommend are:
Exmed - Global leaders of medical equipment supply, medical support and training.
http://www.ppa-int.com/ - you will need to do 6 months extra A&E/ clinical training to gain the offshore cert. But this cert will only let you work for an offshore company in Danish waters or North Sea for a Danish company.

Like all medical things there is a lot of politics - there is no international standard for remote medics or paramedics etc.

Good luck.
