I have done the Ronin CP course and was thoroughly impressed by Timm and his instructors.
The course is brilliant and when a potential employer asks you where you did your CP training, replying with confidence "Ronin...South Africa" is worth every penny. |

Having already done SFTC and a PHTLS refresher two years ago do Ronin offer a refresher advanced trauma course. I do not have the time or inclination to do the full 5/6 week course that Ronin offer but do want to get some hands on training such as that offered in the townships.

Its not the best CP course out there, its a very good cp course if you are off to afghan or Iraq, but if you want to work UK/Europe then there is a better option. CP is different than doing hostile environment this is from doing 3 years hostile environment myself.

I disagre with CO19, i took the Ronin - South Africa, it is very much commercial world orientated, however it teaches you (and practices you) how to deal with a hostile attack compitently.

The thing about the Ronin SA course is that it is five weeks long, so they have time to train you extensively on both hostile and non hostile environments. Not just train you, but train you well.
Still the best course on the market |
