Sleaford Business Improvement District (BID), is looking for a security officer to work permanent nights. You must have experience of working within the security industry, and hold a full, clean driving licence for at least five years. Your communications skills should be well honed and you must be IT literate. As our mobile BID Security Officer you will be responsible for protecting the security and safety of the identified area of Sleaford, ensuring exceptional first line guarding. Knowledge of the security regulations with reference to statutory and mandatory regulations would be an advantage as would having a sia licence and having completed SIA approved training. You must have the ability to deal with ambiguous and/or conflicting situations and be able to work within a confidential environment.
