Hi all,

Just wanted to ask a question, I am going for an interview next week for Steward position for event services! Do one need an sia DS license to be a steward?

Thanks for your reply

AM

No however you may be asked to do level 2 event stewarding training which is free the differance is if you do have sia then your rates are higher

As an employer and supplier to 2 of the largest event companys in the UK you do not require an sia licence as a steward only if you are conducting licencing duties
You can work a pit as a steward if you would like to look up then i suggest you read this hope it helps
