co19 will become famous soon enough
If you sent them a cv read it and remember what you put on it they may ask you about it.

Wear a suit and tie and shoes clean. Have answers to these questions.

Why did you leave your last job?
Why do you want this job?
What are your qualities which will be applicable to the role you will be doing
Give an example of how you dealt with a situation through to its conclusion.
What would you do if you saw a colleague who was drunk at work

Be confident and have a couple of questions for them like what are the shift rostas, is there overtime, who will you be working alongside etc will you work at one location or more.

The comments by CO 19 and mine are true for any interview except when the coppers are turning on the tape machines!!!!

Do a recce and time appreciation of the location of the interview, the last thing you want to do is turn up late. If you do this recce during a weekend allow for weekday rush hour traffic and locate a car park if driving as parking restrictions might be inforce during the week.
Research the company using the web or any litrature you can get hold off.

Good Luck

No problem...

Arrive on time... I will not even see someone who arrives late.

Know something about the company you are trying to join... Its good as your potential employer to see you have taken an intrest.

Dress smartly... My first impression is hard to shake and my first impression of you is when your shown into the office

Know your background... If I ask you a question about your past I will not be overawed if you dont know it... This does not mean you need to 'big' yourself up... Your only after a basic post so I want a guy who seems keen and able to learn..

Have some questions prepared... When I ask "Do you have any questions?" and they reply "Er no" it makes me wonder if they really want the job.. If I have covered every question already make it known... "Let me see, holiday.. you covered that. Training courses.. no, you did that as well" Get the picture?

Try and relax.. An experienced interviewer will understand nerves, BUT you are applying for a position in which you may have to deal with stressfull situations, so I dont really want a bag of nerves sat there...

Hope this helps and if I can be of any more help.....
