Burka Ban or French Displacement?

I have been following, not with any particularly great interest, Sarkozy and the French attempt to ban the Burka.

OK, not a big deal, the Burka has no place in Islam, is not mentioned in the Koran, and is quite rightly, seen as a visible mark of fundamentalism at best, and extremism at worst.

Out of the 2 million or so of French Muslims apparently only about 1900 females 'choose' (if that is the correct term) to wear it. (So, percentage wise, about right with observations in Para 2) It's probably reasonable to assume any male members of their family are of the same bent. Ho Hum, you might say.

Tonight however, I had an Epiphany ! (look it up, I had to) We are almost in election mode. None of the big three will say or do anything at this time to jeopardise the Muslim vote (Especially Labour).

Now, some time soon, the French are going to ban the Burka: Even their Socialists agree with this course of action. This will not please said wearers of the same, nor their equally extreme menfolk. Now, to my way of thinking it is a damn sight easier to 'fail' to assimilate into British Culture than it is to 'fail' to assimilate into French Culture (the French are far more strict) Our media is full of examples.

I doubt very much if the people I am talking about woke up tomorrow in London, Leeds or Birmingham instead of Paris or Marseilles they would know the difference. Which leads me to wonder, how many are thinking of doing just that? Arriving at Dover or Coquelles waving their French Passports or their 51 Docs weeping and wailing about French Religious intolerance and demanding Asylum and, of course dreaming of Les Benefits Anglais

Asylum? How can the holder of an EU Passport demand asylum in a different EU Country? Suffice to say, I've seen it done.This is NuLabr Britain remember.

Is this the French being 'secular' and demanding Muslims comply or, is it a cunningly timed exercise in displacement? Our wonderful partners in Europe deciding now would be a good time to send 1900 nutters plus family members to our side of the channel while our pathetic politicians grovel like dogs for every vote they can get?

As Admiral Lord Nelson once said "You must Hate the French like the very Devil himself"

Oh, if any of our French colleagues are offended, don't worry, you will get over it. After all, you managed fine after Crecy, Agincourt, Trafalgar, Waterloo.......

I wonder if 1900 > 2 million of us god fearing christians would be welcomed in Paris,
in the same way we'll greet these sons of bitches.
Right now the thiefing bastards in government will look for any votes.
Because he won't get them off the average joe in the street.
But our apathy will let them all scuttle back on in anyway.
At this rate and the Muslim vote, we could have Galloway as PM next time around.
A persian pussycat prince among thieves indeed.

i honestly think the french for once are onto a good thing, now before i pretend to be a man of the world and understand things which to be quite honest are above my payscale,

what i do honestly believe is thus, i will not be voting again this year as yet again there are no political parties, entities what ever you want to call them that i feel will make the damndest bit of difference to the state this country is in!

but if just one man was to stand up and say "do you know what, this is what we need to make britain great again, bin europe, not pandering to immigrants about how things are done in thier country , no more free rides on benifits etc etc" i guarantee the majority of the country would back that man (or woman) and even though they would need nads like wagon wheels and yes they would get it from all angles of the "ist" lobby,

but deep down we all know what needs to be done, for once i will applaud the frog midget for actually making a bloody stand for once!!!

It certainly is a new age dawning,
first I find myself admiring the French and their premier for a directness and honesty in wanting to remain french.
Then I find myself yearning to be in France,
in fact anywhere other than here.
And now God forbid, I find myself in agreement with a bloody Welshman.
Not since the 70s and the smiling in admiration at Poetic rugby by the like of JPR, Gareth Edwards, Barry John,
have I had a good word to speak of the Welsh;
But a new age is dawning, enemies within a divided Britain need to unite to save what's great or once was great in these isles of ours,

Sack the Government.
Ban the Bomb.
Ban the Burka.

The French already took the stance a long while back to ban the Burka from schools and they weathered the backlash... it was only a matter of time before they managed to ban it from public spaces...

Id ban it completely. With punishment for non-compliance being force fed bacon sarnies and pork chops!!!!!
