Hi
Need to know if you post your most recent Disclosure Scotland..(issued in the last week) with your application will this speed up the process or will they still apply for a Disclosure on the sia behalf no matter what...????
All replies greatly appreciated

Hi Kev. I think the sia is a pretty pedantic organisation and everything is done step by step. I personally think that sending your CRB won't speed things up as it is part of their process. Give them a bell, see what they say.

Cheers

Pierre

Unfortunately not.

The disclosure rules state that a new application has to be made by each organisation or employer, i.e the sia, for each purpose be that volunteering, employment or licensing.

This is to prevent the use of forged or altered documents from being used.

Don't send the SIA anything they don't ask for, and include everything that they do, otherwise it will be returned unprocessed and will extend your application time.

Before you send me a visitor message or PM - I do not accept or pass on CV's or Resumes, I don't know of any work outside of vacancies I post in the forum, and I will not pass on details of my contacts. Thank you for reading this message.
