Hello Fella,

You will need to get 28 out of 40 for Unit 1 Roles and Responsibilities and 24 out of 40 for Unit 2 Conflct Management.

Any trainer worth his salt should be putting some role play into the training and putting the candidates under a little bit of pressure dealing with agression, unacceptable behaviour (as far a you can with this type of training).

Learn your Acronyms SAFER, POP and PALMS and you will be fine.

Any other questions give me a shout.

Yep as Gringoe said all you need is 70 and 60 percent of the right answers,
which on multipy choice test is not a problem, basic knowledge and common sense.
I have passed my exams in the end of 2004, after just 4-5 months of living in UK,
and I got 36 an 37 of 40 while english is not my native language, so don't worry

I'm completely with Marian on this - English is not my native language either, and well... the questions are very, very simple.

I found three or four questions a bit "dubious" (I saw two correct answers instead of one), but out of 80 questions with the rest being fairly obvious that's nothing to worry about
