I faxed it through, got a receipt and also sent next day Guaranteed Delivery so they cant say they didnt receive anything. Checked with Royal Mail as well and it was delivered before 1pm 30 July.

At the end of the day the Police gave the wrong information. They shouldnt of said that it wouldnt go down on a CRB. My missus has been with the DI of Surrey Police, she came round the house and she met her at Pizza Express!!, the DI is investigating now and even said tell the sia and CRB that its under investigation as to the validity and circumstances surrounding the information given at the time of caution. I want the caution rescinded and that's what she hoping to do.
