Its a fudge!!Yes if you are on PAYE and not working for a person/company employed in the sale of alcohol you are not required to have a CP license. However as one company has found to its financial advantage- if a security officer/doorman escorts a person- in this case Directors from the place of work to another location -in this case a car park 50m away from head office- they need a cp license. Cue a London company suddenly being asked to train 87 security officers at client expense!! And if foriegn operators are working in UK for a client they are currently not being inspected- a certan well known address is using french opeators this year 23 of them sia left them alone!!The shop team mentioned earlier are now getting badged I am told and have new entry requirement for new joiners- a source at 55PL tells me.In the UK 'personal assistant' is actually the biggest part of the job. It would deffinately mean you get asked for next time if you have your concierge head on . Not very paintball and camo for the walters but the real world- where the money is- regarding UK ops in anycase.

jmaccauley will become famous soon enough
Watch how quickly the "personal assistant" gets thrown under the bus when something bad happens! Clients are known for their professional survival, not coming to the aid of the unlicensed "assistant."
