Im due to leave the army,with a reconnassaince background, and im doing a level 3 Surveillance and intelligance operators course, and i need to no about job oppurtunities. cheers.

Being from a surveillance/ reconnaissance background myself...firstly welcome, secondly be prepared.
before you leave if you are refering to either COP, SRR or similar then you have a good foundation. If however you simply mean a recce platoon or regiment then you will need some better training. I would suggest looking into ISS for training as I can personally recommend them and given the training I received whilst in, they will help you transit to civilian way of things. Companies to look at are: Bradburys, Sub rosa , Grosvenor-investigations and Protectivesecuritysolutions. The last one is a bit biased as it is mine but I have no dramas giving advice to anyone who want to join the ranks. |

Sorry to hijack the topic. I was wondering, since you said you are from a reconnaissances background in the army, what opportunities are there for civvi's wanting to join the army in search of that type of work?
Regiments and roles would be nice. Thanks
