RIPA, is that Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act?? If it is some of it would be covered by doing a credible CCTV course. I believe it comes under the umbrella of Data Protection legistlation. You could purchase the document (ACT) but it is expensive. hope this helps!

Thank you for the post. I have recently attendant a refresher on RIPA course (www.actnowtraining.com) .. cost £269 GBH per person and if you do bulk or inhouse training then it can come down to £69 GBH. Hope it helps.... DH |
