HMRC ar looking for Level 3 SV operative, lower and higher grade. £22k plus bonus. I take it that is static obs, but then again being cuzzies you never know....NIM...what is that?

Stands for National Intelligence Model, covert ops have to be compliant with it along side RIPA, Human Rights, PACE and all the other legislation designed to stop us actually catching any criminals !

Yeh got that, think I am right in saying that it is what it says on the label " a module" ie should be adhered to, but is guidance, sterile corridor and all that malarky!!
